ADMINISTRATION PROCESSES FOR HPI, HDS, MVPI
The HPI, HDS, and MVPI are self-administered and may be taken individually or in a group setting, using online computer administration or paper-and-pencil. Results of the HPI, HDS and MVPI can be obtained in a variety of report formats that range from simple data files to very comprehensive selection or development reports.
Online Assessment Platform
Hogan Assessment Systems has developed a state-of-the-art online assessment platform to support the administration of its inventories. The assessment process is fast, user-friendly and convenient:
- Log on to the assessment site
- Access the assessment test of choice (HPI, HDS, MVPI)
- Complete the inventory online
- Receive a report within seconds after completion
Paper-and-Pencil Assessment Process
Customers who wish to use the assessments in a paper-and-pencil format have three scoring options available:
- Enter data from standard answer sheets directly into the Hogan Assessment Systems online system and obtain results immediately.
- Send answer sheets to Hogan Assessment Systems via fax, and results will be returned in about one hour.
- Mail standard answer sheets to our office and results will be mailed or e-mailed in 24 hours.

The HBRI may be taken individually or in a group and is administered only in proctored settings using online computer administration only. Results of the HBRI can be obtained in a variety of report formats that range from simple data files to more complex selection or development reports.
